This Saturday 1-4pm at the Salvo Fire Hall. We've had a slow start to these exchanges. I'm really hoping that starts to turn around otherwise, I will need to stop holding the space. This is a commitment every month and there is more to life than continuing something that does not have interest with the existing outer banks massage therapy collective. Please come and play this weekend.

I love hosting, trading, and teaching; that will not change. The venue and the monthly commitment will.

It's no secret that I love herbal compresses. They're one of the best tools in my kit. Because of that, every massage session now comes with them at no additional cost.

Herbal compresses not only warm the muscles but they soothe the heart mind taking clients into a deeper state of relaxation. Used in both Thai mat and Thai fusion sessions.

I can't thank my students enough for all the wonderful feedback so far in this teaching journey. You all have helped me learn and grow just as much as you have by learning a new modality. Teaching is new to me but I have been enjoying the start of this new chapter so much.

Thaidal touch is growing and expanding. There is still a private practice that see clients and a drive to still be a student. As my teacher says, "your teachers should have teachers." The well of knowledge that we pull from should be deeper than the bucket we use to fill your cup.
