Hello everyone. I haven't been very active these last several weeks. I went camping with a friend and had a great time. Unfortunately I hurt myself somehow and slept on a mattress that was too soft. Basically I had sciatica and inguinal pain along with an inflamed periformus and knee cap and a strained IT band. To make a long story short, I have not been available. I am now leaving on another trip to Europe and will be back by the 24th of August. Enjoy the rest of the summer everyone 💜
