What a beautiful evening of stories, gratitude, and impact.
I was incredibly grateful to be invited to Unconditional Inc. Stiletto Stories last night and to learn even more about the remarkable work they are doing in our community.
Unconditional began in 2012 with outreach to women working in just two Indianapolis clubs. Today, their outreach reaches approximately 190 women every month, and their work has grown into so much more, including safe community, housing assistance, mentoring, case management, mental health support, and practical resources that help women find greater stability and build a thriving future.
But what struck me most last night wasn’t simply the programs or the numbers. It was hearing the stories. The relationships. The dignity. The way they meet women exactly where they are, without judgment, and walk beside them.
There is something incredibly powerful about organizations that recognize that changing a life often begins by simply making sure someone knows they are seen, valued, and not alone.
I’m grateful that Hope Healthcare Services has the opportunity to come alongside this work and help strengthen the circle of support available to the women Unconditional serves through access to affordable medical, dental, and mental health care.
Thank you to the entire Unconditional Indy team for inviting us, for allowing us to hear these stories, and most importantly, for the work you are doing every single day. It was an honor to be in the room and to learn more about the lives being changed through unconditional love, dignity, community, and hope. ❤️
