Violet Residential Service Agency (VRSA) is growing, and we are looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our team!

💰 PAY: $17.50–$30.00 PER HOUR
Pay rate depends on the client assignment, care needs, schedule, and applicable assignment requirements.

📍 GLENDALE & WEST VALLEY, ARIZONA
Glendale • Peoria • Surprise • Sun City • Sun City West • El Mirage • Youngtown & surrounding areas

💜 WHAT YOU’LL DO

✔️ Personal care & assistance with daily living
✔️ Companion care & emotional support
✔️ Medication reminders
✔️ Meal preparation & light housekeeping
✔️ Safety supervision & monitoring
✔️ Respite support
✔️ Community-based support
✔️ Daily documentation & EVV requirements

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

🔴 A valid Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Must meet applicable Arizona & VRSA employment requirements
• Required background/registry screening
• Must meet applicable Arizona Direct Care Worker training and competency requirements
• CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain, as applicable
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Caregiving, home care, CNA, assisted living, respite, disability services, or ALTCS/AHCCCS experience is helpful
