Sometimes our environment becomes one more thing our brain has to manage.
Over the last few weeks, we've talked about some really small things—what you see when you first wake up, the clothes in your closet, what's in your freezer, the things you carry back and forth, and the spaces in your home that just make life feel a little harder.
None of those things are huge.
But when you're already tired, anxious, overwhelmed, dealing with chronic illness, or simply carrying a lot, all those little frustrations can add up.

What is making life harder than it needs to be?
And is there one small change that could make it a little easier?
I pulled the ideas we've been exploring together into a new article: A Little More Grace: How Your Space Can Support Your Mental Health.
