Just finished writing my fourth article in my Trauma-Informed research. We are currently nearing the end of my grief clients, adding a new client with MST (military sexual trauma), and soon will be adding a combat veteran with combat PTSD.

I am so grateful for the clients I have been working with. They have consistently been tracking their sleep and social changes, physical changes, and giving detailed information on ways to improve the current sessions.

This new article describes my discoveries in the many forms of being outside of the "window of tolerance" and how drastically it can change the outcome of the sessions.
