Mental health check:

Are you handling life calmly…
or are you one inconvenience away from acting like a goat that saw a plastic bag blow across the pasture? 😂

Either way… we made it to Friday.

Some seasons leave us feeling tired, discouraged, or overwhelmed.

Sometimes what we need most isn't to have all the answers — it's a place to slow down, pray, and be reminded of truth.

Through Scripture-centered support and biblical guidance, I love helping people find encouragement, hope, and renewed perspective through God's Word.

📖 "Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28

☀️ Monday Check-In ☀️

New week. New mercies. New opportunities.

You do not have to have everything figured out today.

Take a deep breath. Say a prayer. Take the next step.

Sometimes faith looks less like having all the answers and more like trusting God one day at a time. 🤍

📖 “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning…” — Lamentations 3:22–23

🐄 Friday Funny 🐄

My therapist told me to spend more time outside and reconnect with nature…

So now I tell people I’m doing self-care every time I’m standing in a pasture talking to cows. 🤷‍♀️😂

Honestly though… animals really do have a way of helping us slow down.

A little piece of my heart today 🤍

Through my own journey of trauma, marital struggles, rejection wounds, and seasons that felt overwhelming, I’ve learned something I now hold close:

Healing is possible.

I am a walking testimony that God truly restores, redeems, and heals broken places.

During my own healing journey, the Lord began calling me into this work. What once felt like pain and brokenness became part of my purpose.

Now I have the honor of walking alongside others, offering Bible-based guidance, encouragement, and support through God’s Word.

Your story is not over.
Your wounds do not define you.
And healing can still happen.

📖 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

Healing is holy. Hope is real. 🤍

Fear gets loud sometimes.

The "what ifs."
The worry.
The racing thoughts.

But God's truth speaks louder.

You don't have to carry every fear by yourself. Sometimes encouragement, prayer, and biblical truth can remind us where our peace comes from.

📖 "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." — Psalm 46:1

God's peace over all fear. 🤍

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend—it is a day of gratitude, reflection, and remembrance for the sacrifices made by so many.

As we gather with family and friends today, may we also take a moment to remember those who never made it home and the families who continue carrying their legacy.

📖 “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

May we never forget their sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙

Marriage has seasons.

Some seasons feel connected and joyful. Others can feel heavy, distant, or difficult.

A Christ-centered relationship doesn't mean a perfect relationship. Sometimes couples simply need space to reconnect, grow, and remember the foundation that brought them together.

Faith-based support can help strengthen communication, encourage spiritual connection, and create room for growth.

📖 "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." — Ecclesiastes 4:12
