It is with the highest honor I say this….. I wanted to give some time and space for these divine souls to share their wins… now I’m saying it loud for the people in the back 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽This training was absolutely phenomenal

We are so lucky 🍀 to add these new additions to the doula world 🤰🏽👩🏽‍🍼I keep replaying those moments in my head!

What a wonderful experience of joy, love, tears, pain, sweat, grit, hope, peace, hugs, sadness, sacrifice, strength, power, and most of all LAUGHTER! 😆😁☺️🤪🤭

Thank you all for allowing me to impart wisdom into you and thank you for holding and sharing space for me 💖as we always say.. LETS DOULA THIS!!!

According to the CDC website, Five Reasons To Breastfeed: 🤱🏽💞
1. Breast milk is the best source of nutrition for most babies.
2. Breastfeeding can help protect babies against some short- and long-term illnesses and diseases.
3. Breast milk shares antibodies from the mother with her baby.
4. Mothers can breastfeed anytime and anywhere.
5. Breastfeeding can reduce the mother’s risk of breast and ovarian cancer, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure.
