SUMMER PICNIC 2026!

What a beautiful day for our Annual Summer Picnic! Our residents enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon outdoors with delicious food, great company, and plenty of smiles under the summer sun.

Our pavilion was transformed into a tropical getaway with colorful decorations, sunshine, and all the summer vibes! From sharing a meal to enjoying conversations and spending time together, it was a wonderful afternoon celebrating summer and our HCMCF community.

A big shoutout to everyone who helped make the day possible! It was a Luau to remember!
