So special. In June we lost a very special herd member. She touched hearts in unexplainable ways. A gift like this does the same.
Throughout June I hosted a 5week Hero’s Journey with horses to 6 young girls.
The last week together we were missing one important soul. This didn’t go un noticed and the girls helped me honor the memories by placing special stones around Jaycees resting place. The love and support from the girls ment so much and now another special gift and token to remember her by. ❤️‍🩹🐴🥹 THANK YOU.

We’ll begin with connection
A welcoming morning, introductions, check-ins, and space to settle in.

We’ll explore & think differently
Time for meaningful reflection and creative thinking—looking at ourselves and our everyday lives from a little different perspective.

We’ll pause for lunch. (lunch provided)

We’ll create something meaningful
A personal creation to take home—not about being “artistic,” but about creating a reminder that means something to YOU.

We’ll go a little deeper
An opportunity for new awareness and personal insight… the kind that sometimes comes when we finally slow down enough to notice what’s already there.

We’ll spend time with the horses 🐴
Hands-on, experiential time where the horses become part of the experience.

We’ll step outside 🌿
Nature, fresh air, movement, and a little space to simply BE.

And we’ll leave with something of our own.
Personal takeaways, reflections, and perhaps a new perspective to carry back into everyday life.

This isn’t a day about doing more.

It’s a day to BE instead of DO.

To pause.
To breathe.
To reconnect.
To embrace the light that’s already within you.
