Friends & Clients

As we sit down to reflect this thanksgiving and holiday season, our hearts are filled with gratitude. We have so much to be thankful for including your friendship and trust in us.

That being said, we’re also filled with a sense of reflection and self-awareness. There have been moments when we've found ourselves taking things for granted - not intentionally, but rather, it slips our mind in the hustle and bustle of daily life. In the rush of our lives, it's easy to overlook the small moments of gratitude that make life beautiful.

Let’s take a moment today for gratitude and positive thoughts as positive thinking carries great healing effects to aid your hard work and commitment on your rehabilitation journey and your desire to live a happy, healthy lives.

Just to clarify for San Diegans, we continue to offer phone and telehealth Physical Therapy (Zoom like experience) for Californians, Bethanee also offers her personal coaching and training through FaceTime to anyone who needs to get super strong or add insane power to their stroke. We also offer mobile PT for Kitsap county for those post-op.

Many of you have already experienced telehealth PT with us or prefer it, nothing will change there and those who haven't, we invite you to reach out for a PT session or coaching session with Bethanee.

The biggest benefit of working with us through Telehealth, and you being comfortable with this format is we can offer our services on demand - anywhere, anytime, so you have a dedicated Physical Therapist plus now a strength coach (if you don't have one already) while you travel.
