Paulsen Integrative Psychology Psychological Workshops, Treatment and Consultation BIIP offers psychotherapy on Bainbridge Island, WA, a 35 minute ferry ride from Seattle.

That treatment includes regular appointments or brief intensive work, typically for two to four days. The principal, Sandra Paulsen, Ph.D., offers workshops to mental health professionals on ego state therapy, somatic therapy and EMDR, and clearing early trauma and neglect. Dr Paulsen also writes on these topics for professionals and the public.

One of my favorite parts of my Paris teaching experience is running into a group of sumo competitors in Paris for a big contest. How fun is that? I look like a diminutive flower next to Asaikari. Did you know chanku nabe is a rich Japanese soup favored by sumo wrestlers for the purpose of bulking up?

Funny indeed!

During a keeper talk at the San Diego Zoo, the staff brought the otters closer so families could admire them.
First, the mother otter proudly approached, holding her baby for everyone to see. The children nearby lit up with joy and cheered warmly. ❤️
Then her partner stepped forward. In his paws he carefully carried beautiful rock.
Otters are known to form strong attachments to their favorite rocks, often carrying them as precious possessions throughout their lives.
