Memorial Hospital & Manor is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Compliance Officer to join our Quality & Risk Management team!

This full-time, day-shift position plays a vital role in helping maintain a safe environment for our patients, employees, and visitors. The Safety Compliance Officer will help oversee safety and patient safety programs, monitor compliance with federal and state regulations, identify potential hazards, coordinate safety activities across departments, and support continuous improvement throughout the organization.

We’re looking for someone who has:
✔️ An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, safety, organizational management, quality engineering, or a related field preferred
✔️ Healthcare experience and knowledge of OSHA guidelines
✔️ Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
✔️ Experience with safety, quality, process improvement, or compliance
✔️ Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification is recommended

We are so grateful to Lara Haiduc, our local Rotary exchange student from Belgium, for spending some time with our residents at the Manor! Lara shared her beautiful piano talents and enjoyed visiting and getting to know our residents. Her music and kindness brought so much joy to everyone!

Lara is being sponsored by the Bainbridge, Pelham, and Camilla Rotary Clubs, and we are excited to cheer her on as she begins her year at ABAC in Tifton.

This special event will celebrate survivors, honor those we've lost, support those currently fighting breast cancer, and raise awareness about the importance of early detection and regular screenings.

Whether you're walking in honor of a loved one, supporting a friend, or simply showing your commitment to a healthier community, we invite everyone to stand together for this important cause.
