An artist and self-employed entrepreneur, Bill worked for 55 years before retiring in 2020. Among his accomplishments was teaching jewelry making in Baker City. He had extensive knowledge of the rivers, creeks, caves, and swimming holes throughout the Los Padres National Forest.

On August 14, 2026, Judith Ann McKelvey went to be with the Lord at the age of 85, leaving behind a legacy of deep faith, love, and selflessness. She was a sweet woman of unwavering faith in Jesus, which served as a source of strength and comfort throughout her life.

Judy devoted herself to her family, finding great joy in being a homemaker and raising her three daughters. She had a special love for animals, especially horses, and was known for her compassionate, caring, and selfless heart toward both people and animals.
