Congratulations! David Espeland was honored in Billings on September 29, 2026 for his contributions to the Montana Health Care Association (MHCA). Espeland served on the board of MHCA for thirty years, most recently completing an eight-year run as the association’s president. MHCA is the preeminent long term care association, supporting nursing homes, assisted living facilities, personal care agencies, and critical access hospitals. Thank you David for your years of service!
