For example, the toes represent the head and the ball of the foot represents the chest and lung region. Foot Reflexology massage can be a deeply relaxing and therapeutic modality for those suffering from plantar fasciitis, ankle injuries or even everyday work and play.

A couples massage is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience. During the session, two people receive massages at the same time and in the same room from two different therapists. The therapy provides many of the same benefits as other types of massage but with some added bonuses.

The therapist manipulates muscles that are below the surface of the top muscles and the connective tissues. “Against grain” strokes are used to break fiber adhesion, oxygenize the muscles and get rid of toxins.
