There is a point in healing where you get tired of performing your worth for people.
Explaining yourself.
Trying to be understood by people committed to misunderstanding you.
Shrinking parts of yourself so somebody else can stay comfortable.
Saying yes when everything inside you is screaming no.
At some point, peace starts to matter more than approval.
You begin to realize that the people who truly care about you do not need a constant presentation.
You do not have to convince them that you are good enough.
You do not have to earn your place every single day.
You are allowed to exist without auditioning for acceptance.
And there is something incredibly freeing about finally understanding:
I do not need everyone to see my worth for it to still be there.
