The Bakersfield Pregnancy Center exists to empower individuals with life affirming options when faced with a pregnancy decision. We offer free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds limited to the first trimester, parenting classes, material assistance and confidential advocacy for each client. Dignity Health presents free community health screenings on June 24 from 9 AM–12 PM at the Greenfield Family Resource Center, 5400 Monitor St., Bakersfield.

Available health screenings include:

• Blood pressure
• Blood glucose
• Cholesterol
• Hemoglobin

Free community resources and health information will also be available.
