I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UCSF/SFSU in 2016 and became a certified strength and conditioning specialist coach soon after that

Sneak peek into how I coach busy adults like you 👀

Client: “I only have 25 mins between Zoom calls.”
Me: Cool, we’re doing a 4-move strength circuit + 5 min walk.

Client: “Kids are home sick. Can’t make it to the gym.”
Me: Living room workout it is. Bodyweight only.

Client: “Work trip this week. No equipment.”
Me: Hotel room plan sent. 15 mins. No excuses needed.

I don’t coach perfect schedules. I coach real ones.
Because consistency beats intensity when you’re juggling work, family, and life.

RETURN TO PLAY SUCCESS ⚾

Paul had inner elbow pain and was unable to throw when he came to us

He embraced the process, stayed patient, and put the work in from rehab to strength training!

We utilized a rehab plan targeting forearm and rotator cuff strength, shoulder and thoracic spine mobility, power generation, acceleration, and deceleration throughout the kinetic chain ⛓️

Finally, we bridged the gap from rehab to performance by utilizing a GPP program emphasizing lower extremity strength, single leg balance, and conditioning 💥

You did it Paul! So proud of you. Can't wait to see all of the special things you do in the next chapter of your life 💪
