Every year I get questions about massage and helping high school athletes. Yes! Teen athletes have a lot going on in their bodies. They are growing, they are moving their bodies and adding stress, and they need recovery time and care.

Massage therapy IS a great tool to help athletes in any season they are participating in.

And yes, I work with student athletes! I am a Mom to a student athlete, too! ❤️ It is a blessing to help care for our students in the area.
