Hey everyone! Since my last post, I’ve been packing, and riding, and hiking, and learning, and thinking, and feeling, and enjoying.

Spending mindful moments sitting with my thoughts, recognizing my emotions, listening to my body, and noticing things around me, has me feeling positive, energized, and grateful.

I truly believe that mindfulness is about noticing all things great and small that exist inside and outside of ourselves. When we stop to notice, absorb, and reflect it makes room for true inspiration and positive energy. 🫶🏻🤍

This summer I’m making time to plant seeds and allow them the space they need to take root. When we permit ourselves to let go and become immersed in a moment, our light breaks through. Happy summer everyone! I can’t wait to share this mindful adventure with you 🌸

Through mindful movement, creativity, breathing activities, and connection, children, ages 7-12, will explore themes of confidence, self-expression, kindness, creativity, and emotional well-being in a calm and supportive environment.

Hi I'm Susan, the heart behind Mindful Me.

I am a mother, a teacher, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. Mindfulness became a personal journey back to myself, and now I'd like to help others experience the same.

I believe that mindfulness does not have to look one certain way. For me, it can be calming and grounding... but can also be full of joy and energy.

Through my work with adults and children/tweens, I create opportunities for connection, creativity, and meaningful moments - without the pressure of perfection or expectations. Experience mindfulness with me, a whole new way.
