Our next sorella spot light is a burnt hills native Isla
I started Isla’s Divine Desserts at 10 after pitching my parents with a PowerPoint. My dad built us a heated bake shed where people could buy cookies, brownies, and cakes on the honor system. We grew to 2000+ Facebook followers, won Ballston Spa’s Chocolate Fest with flourless cakes, and I was interviewed on Fox Business and CBS.

With high school and activities, we had to close, so we wrote a cookbook to share the recipes 📖 I’m proud of what we built and excited to take those lessons into a medical career, while still baking for family!

Sorella Spa and Wellness will be open during the construction 🚧

However, the road closures will be happening on the stretch of road in front of the spa starting at the flashing red lights and to the railroad tracks. Please follow instructions below and remember to leave a little earlier for travel time to appointments ❣️

"Route 146A will be closed in both directions between Westside Drive and Lake Hill Road through July 31. DOT officials said drivers should expect delays and build more time into their schedules for travel.

Motorists can also anticipate signed detours for cars and trucks. Cars should use Ashdown Road, Blue Barns Road, and Lake Hill Road, while trucks should use Waite Road, Route 146A, Blue Barns Road, and Lake Hill Road."

There will be road closures that will affect your arrival and departure of appointment times with us for the next few weeks! Please take the routes suggested by the DOT below or formulate other alternate routes! We know this is an inconvenience and sincerely apologize.
We will work together to make this as seamless as possible. If there is a roadblock before the salon entrance, please make your way cautiously through the road block to the entrance of the spa. There should be construction workers there to assist, if not proceed with extreme caution! Feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions.
