STEPS Behavioral Health STEPS supplies ABA Therapy and other behavioral therapy to pediatrics. We are located near the Baltimore area and expanding throughout Maryland.

STEPS ABA Services is focused on assisting families and individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their goals. We use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to guide and facilitate educational and behavioral interventions. Our philosophy is that each family has individual needs and as a result, we work to tailor support and advocacy towards each unique individual and family.

👣 STEPping out of training with new knowledge, stronger skills, and some new STEPS gear! 💙

Yesterday, our RBTs came together for our second company-wide RBT training of the year, an opportunity to learn, connect, and continue building the skills that support the work they do every day.

With daytime trainings held at our Towson, Columbia, and Pikesville clinics, plus an evening session, our RBTs learned from an incredible group of STEPS leaders, including BCBAs, our Clinical Director, President, and Clinical Administrator.

Ongoing training is an important part of providing high-quality, consistent care. By continuing to strengthen their knowledge and skills, our RBTs are better equipped to support each client’s individualized goals, respond to their unique needs, and help them make meaningful progress.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped lead the trainings and to our RBTs for bringing their energy, dedication, and commitment to continued learning. Investing in our team means continuing to strengthen the care and support we provide to our clients and families every day. 👣💙
