One class won’t change your life. But it might interrupt the pattern. Ten classes and something starts softening. Thirty classes and your nervous system begins to recognize safety. A year later, the way you move, breathe, react, rest, and recover is different. Not because you “became disciplined.” Because repetition rewired you.

This is what people forget about wellness. The real transformation is subtle at first. Quiet. Physiological. Layered. Your brain changes through repetition. Your body changes through consistency. Your life changes through the rituals you return to. You don’t need to become a different person overnight. You just need to keep meeting yourSELF consistently enough that your baseline begins to shift. That’s the work. That’s the science.

108 · A Solstice Ritual

June 21. The longest day of the year.
The International Day of Yoga

We’re doing 108 sun salutations together — in four rounds, with rest between, with breathwork woven through, and with a full catered plant-based lunch and a ceremonial cacao closing from Peru to end it all.

11:11 AM to 3:33 PM
The Hall of SELF, Canton - Baltimore
Very limited spots available

This isn’t a class. It’s a ritual.

108 is a sacred number in yoga — it represents the wholeness of the universe, the 108 marma points on the body, the 108 Upanishads, the relationship between the sun, moon, and Earth. We move through it together. We share a table. We close the circle in ceremony.

Early Bird: $144 - $108 members, through May 26 only

Full Price: $174 - $138 members, from May 27

Almost every meaningful connection at started the same way:

“You would love this place.”

A friend inviting a friend. A conversation after class. Someone sharing a space that helped them feel better, calmer, stronger, and more connected.

So we created something to thank the people helping this community grow naturally, human to human.

Introducing the new SELF Friend Referral Program

From now through August 31, when a friend joins our Annual Membership:

You receive $108 in studio credit
Your friend receives $108 off their membership

Your credit can be used toward:
• classes
• workshops
• sound healing
• breathwork
• future offerings

This is our first time trying a referral program like this, and honestly, we’re excited to see what grows from it

Because the research around longevity keeps pointing in the same direction: connection matters.

Not performative wellness. Not collecting more health trends. Real community.

The kind where your nervous system softens a little when you walk through the door.

Everyone wants the transformation.

Few people want the Thursday class when they’re exhausted, overwhelmed, behind on everything, and fully convinced they don’t have time.

But those classes? Those are the ones that actually change you. Not the Sunday morning session when life feels calm and motivation is high. The harder ones. The ordinary ones. The ones that require you to choose yourself when it would be easier not to. That’s where resilience gets built. That’s where the nervous system learns safety inside consistency instead of waiting for perfect conditions.

Real transformation rarely looks dramatic in the moment. It looks like showing up again. And again. And again. Quietly rewiring your life through repetition.

Longevity isn’t just about extending lifespan. It’s about creating a life your body can actually thrive inside of.

The Blue Zones research found that the longest-living populations in the world weren’t obsessing over supplements, cold plunges, or optimization trends. They shared something far more foundational: strong relationships, daily movement, meaningful routines, purpose, and environments built around connection.

Your nervous system reads your life constantly.
It reads the tone of your relationships. The pace of your days. The tension in your body. The feeling of your home. Whether you feel supported… or like you always have to brace. That internal state influences inflammation, recovery, sleep, stress resilience, decision-making, and aging itself.

Relationships matter physiologically. Humans co-regulate. When you spend time around people who help your system feel safe, your body doesn’t have to work as hard to survive. Chronic isolation and relational stress quietly wear the system down over time.

The same is true with movement. Longevity movement isn’t punishment disguised as discipline. It’s moving in ways you can sustain for decades. Walking. Mobility. Strength. Breath. Recovery. Consistency matters more than intensity that leaves the body depleted or injured.

Most people focus on optimizing metrics while ignoring the conditions their biology responds to most: how regulated they feel, how connected they are, and whether their lifestyle is actually sustainable.

You’re not trying to live forever. You’re trying to feel alive while you’re here.

Maybe real longevity begins when your body no longer has to spend every day recovering from your life.

Something important is shifting at

Over the coming months, we’ll be gradually saying goodbye to platforms like ClassPass and WellHub.

Not because we aren’t grateful for the people who discovered us through them. Some truly wonderful humans first walked through our doors that way.

But because we’ve become increasingly clear about the kind of space we are building, and the kind of experience we want people to have here.

We are not trying to become a place people visit randomly between errands, workouts, and obligations.

We are building a community rooted in consistency, connection, longevity, and genuine well-being.

Research continues to confirm what long-time practitioners have felt for years:
the real benefits of practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation, mobility, and nervous system regulation happen through regular practice over time.

Usually not after one class. Not after occasional attendance.
But after a few weeks of showing up consistently, something begins to change: Sleep improves. Stress responses soften. Breathing deepens. The mind becomes clearer.
People begin feeling more connected to themselves again.

That’s why our intro offer was intentionally designed around consistency rather than a single visit.
We want people to truly experience what this work can do. Not simply pass through it once.

We also care deeply about protecting the feeling of this community: the kindness, the warmth, the respect, the quiet sense of belonging people feel when they walk into this space.

The Hall of SELF was never created to feel transactional.
It was created to feel human.

So this next chapter is about becoming even more aligned with our values, our mission, and the people who genuinely want to practice with intention and consistency.

If this sounds like you, we would love to welcome you here.

Consistency is deeply underrated because it’s not flashy.

Nobody posts the part where they went to bed earlier. Walked instead of doom-scrolling. Came to class even when motivation was nowhere to be found. Paused before reacting. Started again without turning it into shame.

But this is where nervous systems change. This is where resilience is built. This is where longevity lives.

One class can inspire you. A steady practice can change your entire baseline.

What’s one thing that helps you return to yourself consistently?

Most people are waiting for a breakthrough while their nervous system is quietly begging for rhythm.

Longevity is rarely one giant decision. It’s the thousands of tiny negotiations you have with yourself every day.

The extra hour of sleep. The walk instead of another scroll. The breath before the reaction. The class you almost skipped. The moment you choose regulation over chaos.

Your body keeps records more accurately than your calendar ever will.

And the beautiful part? It responds to consistency far more than perfection.

What’s one practice your future self will thank you for 10 years from now?
