Heading home from . Great to be around so many inspiring pediatricians persisting in supporting kids and families through tough times. Leaving ready to continue fighting dangerous misinformation. Vaccines are safe and effective. There is not a single cause of autism. Acetaminophen (Tylenol and others) is the safest way to treat pain and fever in pregnancy.
