📚✏️ IT’S OUR FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR! 🎒🍎

DMC Empowering Health Services and the DMC Promise Foundation are excited to announce that our Annual Back-to-School Drive is officially underway! 🎉

We’re collecting donations for students of all ages—from early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school and we need your support to help make this school year a successful one for local children and families.

Every backpack, notebook, pack of pencils, and school supply makes a difference. Together, we can help students start the school year feeling confident, prepared, and ready to learn. 🩷💜

DMC Empowering Health Services is excited to introduce our new therapy group, Guidance to Girlhood, facilitated by Ayla Tariq.

This virtual group will meet weekly on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM via SimplePractice, beginning July 7 and concluding August 11.

Over the course of 6-8 weeks, participants will explore identity, emotions, body image, and personal growth through guided art and reflective writing activities in a supportive and empowering environment.

Looking for a fun and enriching summer activity for your child? Join therapist Sophia Darling, LMSW, for a creative wellness group designed for elementary-aged children (6-11).

Throughout 8 weeks, children will learn to identify and express emotions, build self-esteem, and strengthen social skills in a supportive environment. Each week, participants will learn a positive coping skill and complete an art project that reinforces the skill through self-expression.

No artistic talent is needed—just imagination, curiosity, and a willingness to have fun!
