It’s been many challenges on top of so much personal loss and life happening, with barely any time to truly grieve, I was still behind the scenes preparing Helping Hands PRP Inc.’s Mental Health Program for an additional accreditation — our (SEP) Supportive Employment Program.

The amount of work that went into this process was not easy. This entire week was stressful, exhausting, and emotionally draining. Yet, in the midst of it all, I stayed focused and committed to the vision.

Today, 5/15/2026, my CARF surveyor officially congratulated me — we PASSED! 🎉

Over 500+ policies and procedures were reviewed throughout this week, and I am proud to announce that Helping Hands PRP Inc. passed our CARF Accreditation for the SEP (Supportive Employment Program) with NO RECOMMENDATIONS.

To hear my surveyor express how impressed they were with the program I built, including this add-on service, was a moment of confirmation that hard work, sacrifice, and consistency truly pays off.

And the best part? I’m still not finished.

One down, and two more programs to go.

I made a promise to myself that I would sit down, stay focused throughout 2025, and come back stronger in 2026. I’m not playing any games this year. What I’m building in 2026 leading into 2027 will be one of my biggest accomplishments in the Mental Health field.

This is bigger than me. This is legacy. This is purpose. This is impact.
