Kyla Care Therapy was awarded 2nd Place for Distinguished Business Impact in the 2026 Black Collective Black Business Awards!

This one is really special to me because the winners are chosen completely by community vote.

I saw something recently that said you never really know how your name is being spoken about in rooms you’re not in, and this felt like one of those moments.

Sometimes when you’re busy doing the work, you don’t always realize how far it’s reaching.

Over the years, Kyla Care Therapy has grown beyond therapy. We’ve worked alongside community agencies, helped bring maternal mental health support and resources directly into communities, trained providers, and continued to offer sliding-scale and pro bono services when we can.

So to know that people see the work, value it, and took the time to vote for us means A LOT. 🥹

Happy Father’s Day to the dads, partners, and father figures who help families thrive.

Fatherhood can bring joy, purpose, and connection—but it can also come with stress, anxiety, identity shifts, and emotional challenges. While perinatal mental health conversations often focus on mothers, fathers’ mental health matters too.

When fathers are supported, children, partners, and families benefit.

Today, we celebrate fathers and recognize that their well-being deserves attention, care, and support.
