Body work keeps your ribs and muscles moving freely to aide in the process of getting good movement for the lungs. My wife and I get your ribs and spine moving better, we stretch the muscles, we work on breathing, we adjust the joints and we get everything nice and warm. All this helps the spine and ribs move more freely and lets the diaphragm pull a nice big breath in.
