Sound Bath Vision: Part IV

I stayed present.

I trusted what I had been taught.
I trusted my breath.
I trusted the work I had already done.

When the moment passed, I realized something else had passed too.

Not me.
The fear.
The doubt.

I showed up. I moved through it. And I honor myself for doing so.

Where in your life are you being asked to trust the work you’ve already done…even as you continue to find your way?

Sound Bath Vision: Part III

My throat was tightening fast, my breathing turning shallow, and I could feel panic trying to take over even as I fought to stay composed.

I leaned back, letting my body soften, and remembered The Little Death practice from my shamanic training…the teaching that shows you how to step beyond the body and into calm…what death may feel like when we give into it vs fighting against.

Peace washed over me as I told myself, “I am not afraid of death. If this is it, I welcome it peacefully.”

And then, clear as day, Jaguar’s voice came through: “You have passed the test… you have moved beyond death.”

Right then, my husband knocked on the window with Benadryl and water…perfect timing, almost as if spirit and the physical world were working together.

Sound Bath Vision: Part II

It’s wild how healing has a way of bringing our deepest traumas into the light.

The superheroes of my childhood didn’t reappear for nostalgia…they came to help me dismantle the fears I inherited before I even had the language for them.

And the work didn’t stay in the spirit realm. My body stepped in immediately, speaking in sensations I couldn’t ignore.

Shadow work isn’t a concept…it’s an embodiment. It shows up in your everything that is your very being when something is truly ready to be released.

So I’ll ask you the same question this journey asked me:

What part of you is finally ready to be set free?
