Holley’s Haven Assisted Living Facility, LLC is a warm, home-like residential care setting dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized support for adults who require assistance with daily living. Located in Baltimore, Maryland, our intimate facility offers both private and semi-private accommodations, creating a comfortable, secure, and family-centered environment where residents can truly feel at home.
At Holley’s Haven, we proudly serve individuals requiring Levels 1–3 care, delivering tailored support that meets each resident’s unique physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. We operate as a skilled, team-based care environment, offering access to a multidisciplinary team that may include a physician, licensed nurse, physical and occupational therapy, mental health therapy, and addiction counseling—ensuring comprehensive, whole-person care.
Our owner and operator, Dana Holley, brings specialized experience in caring for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), allowing us to provide knowledgeable, attentive, and structured support for residents with complex needs.
We provide assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, and mobility support, along with nutritious home-cooked meals tailored to individual preferences and dietary needs. In addition, we offer respite care and hospice care services, supporting both residents and their families through every stage of care with compassion and dignity.
To ensure clear communication and culturally competent care, interpreter services are available to support residents and families from diverse backgrounds.
