Sometimes we overlook the everyday activities that help us feel grounded, connected, and restored because they seem too simple to β€œcount.”

A Tanaecious Birthday! πŸ§˜πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸŒ±πŸ§ βœ¨πŸŽˆ

This year has come with a new outlook on life, both personally and professionally. Reflecting back on every stop along my life’s journey, I now see the divine alignment of my experiences. Year 30 brought transitions that could only prepare me for year 31 and beyond.

Through lessons of endurance and faith, new social connections, and spiritual encouragement to step fully into myself, I have clarity for who I am and what I choose to embody.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the peace, understanding, and security that has found me.

As I grow in age, Tanaecious Therapeutics is growing in definition, impact, and conviction. This space is for wellness- HOLISTICALLY. And that is what this next year of life is teaching me, to continue to embrace my whole self- mind, body, spirit, and community.

I am so thankful.

It can be easy to believe that wellness only β€œcounts” when we have the perfect routine, enough time, or the motivation to do everything consistently.

But real life is often much more complicated than that.

Wellness can still exist during busy seasons, periods of change, and imperfect days. Sometimes it looks like small choices, simple habits, or finding ways to support yourself with the time, energy, and capacity you have available.

Because wellness is not about doing everything perfectly; it is about finding what works for you in the season you’re in.
