Burs & Garrett Physical Therapy Burs & Garrett Physical Therapy, Inc. We have been in business for over 20 years servicing Baltimore and the surrounding area.

We are a skilled, knowledgeable, motivated team of established physical therapist with more than 30 years of service who specialize in pain management and wellness. Vernise Burs, PT, CSCI has an undergraduate degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C. with a BS degree in Physical Therapy. She is a certified strength & conditioning instructor and a wellness screening specialist. Her clinical interests are women's health issues, wellness interventions, osteoporosis and treatment for the elderly. She has been awarded numerous citations for outstanding service from the Mayor of Baltimore and the Governor of Maryland.
