PCOS has a new name: PMOS, or polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome. 🔬

The update reflects what we now know. This condition involves hormones, metabolism, mental health and more, not just the ovaries.

Ascension Saint Agnes was proud to host the 44th annual ACP Maryland Mulholland Mohler Resident Meeting, welcoming more than 200 residents and faculty from 11 programs across Maryland for a day of learning, research and collaboration.

We are especially proud of our Internal Medicine residents, whose presentations and posters reflected the academic excellence, dedication and collaborative spirit that define our program.

What made the day so meaningful wasn’t just the care provided — it was the connections, conversations and compassion shared throughout our Southwest Baltimore community.
