"My mom moved into Independent Living in 2018, and over the years she was in Assisted Living, and eventually Skilled Care, so I’ve seen a lot of staff and administrative changes.
For me, the management responded to emails, and has followed up on the many questions I’ve had regarding my mother’s care over the years. The activity department is wonderful! There’s no doubt of their commitment to the residents. Rehab is also.." says Kim on Google

"My Husband recently had a knee replacement and needed a good rehab center. I toured Resort of Augsburg to see if they were a good match for my husband’s situation . I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. I was very skeptical because of the reviews. What I will say to that is everyone’s experience is different. The tour I had of Heritage at Augsburg's independent living was good. The people I met were friendly. The person who gave the tour was a little busy that day. He had other people and a lot of appointments, but he managed to squeeze me in and showed me a couple of apartments, and they looked good.
