Smoke from wildfires in the Pacific Northwest is tracking across the country toward Maryland.

What to expect: Most of the smoke is expected to stay high up in the atmosphere, but some may mix down to ground level.

Impact on Air Quality: Expect fine particle (PM2.5) levels to range from Good to low Moderate.
