Hot take from a body worker but it’s just becoming so obvious the more I dive into the body mind connection. Well I think massage is a part of the inner work too. Actively choosing to give yourself opportunities to surrender IS doing the inner work. But a massage alone won’t do much long term. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Shout out to Perry Hall CrossFit for always pushing me to be better. These skinny arms can now lift actual weight!!! I got up to 65lbs last year and then developed gnarly tendinitis in my shoulder. Because I wasn’t lifting right (dur) So it’s something I had to go through, to break through, to be able to lift heavier weight. Anyways, I’m excited to continue leveling up!
