You do not need another person telling you to become more disciplined.

You already know how to meet deadlines, solve problems, care for people, and keep moving when life becomes difficult.

Your challenge may not be discipline.

Your challenge may be that caring for yourself still feels negotiable.

When the day becomes crowded, movement disappears. Meals happen between meetings. Rest gets postponed. Your needs move to the bottom.

You keep waiting for an easier season.

But your care cannot depend on an easy life.

Choose one form of care that has felt negotiable:

Movement.

Lunch.

Water.

Medication.

Quiet.

Sleep.

Place 10 protected minutes on your calendar. Give that time the same respect you give a meeting.

A Path to Home helps you create movement, nourishment, reflection, and restorative practices that account for your health, responsibilities, and current capacity.

You already know how to push.

This work helps you care for yourself without disappearing from your own life.

What form of care needs a protected place on your calendar?

I love teaching, coaching and helping people recognize their power.

Because I walk the line between healthcare, wellness and advocacy, it gives me a unique perspective.

I’m not going to give you a workout plan and send you on your way.

It’s about education and connecting patterns based on what you share.

You are the driver in this and it’s my job to help you get to your goals.

This is the last iteration of this program and then it’s gone.

For the first 10 folks who sign up, you get an additional accountability group with me, which NEVER happens.

Payment plans are available. If you have questions feel free to send me a DM.

I didn’t build my endurance because I wanted to become a runner.

I built it because I wanted to chase Henry Earl the Aussie 😂

I wanted to run around with him without being the first one ready to stop.

I wanted to hear him take off upstairs and be able to sprint right behind him.

I wanted the kind of stamina that lets you say yes to a spontaneous moment instead of immediately thinking about how tired you’re going to be.

So I started dancing.

And somewhere between the music, sweating, laughing at myself, and trying to remember choreography, I was building cardiovascular endurance.

But what I was really building was capacity for joy.

That distinction has changed the way I think about fitness.

We spend so much time talking about exercise in terms of what we need to lose.

Lose weight.

Lose inches.

Burn calories.

Change our bodies.

I’m becoming much more interested in what movement can help us gain.

More energy.

More strength.

More confidence.

More independence.

More years of doing the things we love.

More ability to say, “YES, I can do that.”

For me, one of those things is playing with Henry.

And I love that dance helped me get there.

Physical activity does not have to look like spending an hour on a treadmill or forcing yourself through workouts you hate. Dancing can count toward aerobic physical activity, and health guidelines encourage adults to combine aerobic activity with muscle strengthening activity.

So I’m exploring:

Dance.

Strength training.

Walking.

Playing.

Whatever helps me build a body that supports the life I want to live.

Because THAT is the transformation I care about.

Not becoming someone who is good at exercising.

Becoming someone who has the strength and endurance to participate fully in her own life.

To travel.

To play.

To explore.

To carry the groceries.

To take the stairs.

To chase the dog who apparently believes every trip upstairs is the Olympic final. 😂

I’m not training because I want fitness to become my life.

I’m training because I want fitness to give me more life.

And that feels like home.

What if getting stronger was less about proving how much you can lift and more about building a body that supports the life you want to live?

Strength can look like getting down on the floor to play with your kids and getting back up without thinking twice.

Strength can look like carrying all the groceries inside and realizing you didn’t need to make three trips.

It can look like climbing the stairs without feeling winded.

Taking the long walk on vacation because you want to see what’s around the corner.

Putting on the swimsuit, dress, shorts, or outfit you bought for the trip and loving how you feel in your body.

And yes, just wanting to look good is allowed too.

Your wellness goals do not have to come from punishment, shame, or a belief that your body needs to become acceptable.

That is the transformation I care about inside A Path to Home.

We are not training for a number on a scale.

We are building functional strength, mobility, endurance, confidence, and sustainable fitness habits that have somewhere to go when the workout ends.

Your movement plan is personalized to your current fitness level, goals, energy, and real life. We build progressively so you can get stronger without treating exhaustion as evidence that the workout worked.

The goal is to build a body that gives you more capacity to participate in your own life.

From now until September 1st, you can get into my program for the last time in its current form. After that, it’s gone for good.

DM me to get started or check the link in my bio.
