Once upon a time I was so uncomfortable with people looking at me. I hated my body. I felt like I was given a sh*tty hand. I fantasized about being invisible. I actually failed gym in high-school & had to sit in Saturday school to graduate. That teacher let me take attendance and just hang out.

I understand how it feels to hate the body you’re living in. I understand how hard it is to feel so ugly and be perceived while pretending I was ok. It was like a war in my mind every freaking day.

So if you’re watching me ever, know that I did the work to heal me. That means, you can too. No matter how long or how deeply you’ve been trapped in that self-hate space, you can find your way out.
