Trader Joe’s is opening up a new store in Baltimore at the former Party City site in Anneslie (6311 York Rd., Baltimore 21212).

No opening date has been released.

The squeaky wheel gets the Boar’s Head gluten free pretzel and hummus snack pack.

I can only find these at a small market, Bud's Fresh Market, in Stone Harbor, NJ. I mentioned to the person restocking them how I can’t find these anywhere and he offered to order me a case.

My answer: a resounding YES please!

Moral of the story: ask your local stores for products you want. You may just walk away with a case.

Gluten Free College Student Turns Her Recipes into a Viral Sensation

As a collegiate swimmer with Celiac, Violet Witchel had to supplement her limited access to gluten free food with meal-prepped salads.

She began posting the videos of her creations made in her dorm just a few years ago and now has almost 3 million Tik Tok followers.

Now known as the "dense bean salad" girl, I had the pleasure of talking to Violet and learning how her early Celiac diagnosis created who she is today.
