Overview
Warriors Heart provides private treatment to adult men and women (18 and older) who are seeking inpatient for chemical dependencies and co-occurring psychological disorders relating to PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and/or psychological effects of MTBI (mild traumatic brain injury). These are the men and women who are currently active and veteran members from organizations whose protect and serve the citizens of the United States (e.g, Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, Law Enforcement, Fire, Paramedics, First Responders, Hospital Personnel, Civilian Warriors and the like). Warriors Heart is a community of elder warriors, healers and support staff united in the battle of addiction and PTSD. Together, we serve and support our warriors who are still suffering and their loved ones.

Building connections. Expanding our reach. Serving those who served.

This week, members of the Warriors Heart team had the opportunity to represent our mission at two incredible events across Texas.
In Laredo, we attended VetCon with Customs and Border Protection, where we connected with veterans, service members, and leaders dedicated to supporting our nation's heroes.

We also participated in a Veterans Health Fair at Wonderland of the Americas in San Antonio, connecting with local veterans, advocacy groups, and community partners. The event was filled with meaningful conversations, new relationships, and opportunities to ensure more warriors know that help is available.

Every connection matters. Every conversation has the potential to change a life. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their story, and helped spread the message that no warrior has to fight their battles alone.

June 6, 1944.

On the shores of Normandy, thousands of brave men faced impossible odds and charged forward anyway. They answered the call knowing the cost, carrying the weight of freedom on their shoulders.

Today, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of the heroes of D-Day. Their actions changed the course of history and their legacy continues to inspire generations of warriors who serve something greater than themselves.

At Warriors Heart, we remember those who ran toward danger, stood beside their brothers, and never quit on the mission.

We will never forget.

Throwback to Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, where we had the chance to leave our mark on one of Texas' most iconic landmarks.
It's always fun to think about where the Warriors Heart name might pop up next. From roadside attractions to stickers, shirts, and hats, our warriors have a way of leaving their mark wherever life takes them.

So keep your eyes open, you never know when you'll spot a little piece of Warriors Heart out in the wild.

Have you ever come across a Warriors Heart sticker, shirt, coin, or logo somewhere unexpected? Drop a photo in the comments, we'd love to see where the mission has traveled.

If you're getting overwhelmed on a call, you call for backup.

No one questions it.
No one calls you weak.
No one expects you to handle everything alone.

So why do so many first responders believe they have to carry addiction, trauma, depression, or PTSD by themselves?

Asking for help isn't weakness.
It's the same thing you've done your entire career, calling for backup when you need it.

MISSION PERSONNEL NEEDED.

At Warriors Heart, we're not just filling positions.

We're building a team of mission-driven professionals who show up every day to help military service members, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, and other first responders heal from addiction, PTSD, trauma, and co-occurring challenges.

The work is real. The mission matters. And the impact lasts far beyond a single shift.

If you're looking for more than a paycheck, if you're looking for purpose, we'd love to hear from you.

WELCOME HOME.

For 10 years, Warriors Heart has been a place where healing begins, hope is restored, and warriors find their way back to themselves.

This October 23–25, we're bringing that brotherhood and sisterhood back together for our 2026 Alumni Reunion as we celebrate a decade of serving those who serve others.

Join fellow alumni for a weekend of connection, recovery, reflection, and purpose. Reconnect with the people who walked beside you, celebrate how far you've come, and honor the journey that brought us all here.

Once a Warrior. Always a Warrior.

One of the biggest lies addiction tells us is: "You're not bad enough yet."

You don't have to wait for the DUI.
You don't have to wait for the divorce.
You don't have to wait for the diagnosis.
You don't have to wait for rock bottom.

The best time to get help is before addiction takes anything else from you.

Healing doesn’t happen on our timeline.

One of the hardest parts of recovery is learning that trust isn’t automatically restored the moment treatment ends. The walls built through pain, broken promises, and addiction don’t come down overnight.

Real recovery means patience. Accountability. Consistency. It means giving loved ones the space to heal too. Piece by piece. Brick by brick. 🧡
