One day away! Do you struggle finding your calm? Find it difficult to meditate when you feel overwhelmed and know you need something else. A sound bowl meditation will be just the perfect place to begin. Space is still available. RSVP. Looking forward to this event. One hour with healing ancient Himalayan and crystal bowls. Chimes and an ocean drum. A few new sounds have found there way to me this week as a surprise from the angels above.
