This is Meredith Smith, and when we first met It was instant friendship. Meredith is down to earth and welcoming, and when she brought up leading a camp at playful heart this summer it just felt right.
She is a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher with experience leading camps and teaching in Montessori settings. The camp is rooted in both professional expertise and real-life parenting. As a mom of two, Meredith brings a grounded, nurturing approach that helps children build regulation, confidence, and connection in a warm, supportive environment.
Camp is July 6-10th 9:30 AM- 2 PM for ages 4-10.
$300 With a discount for siblings.
