Whole Wellness became a grandma to four little robins this week—yay! 🪺🐦‍⬛🐣🐣🐣🐣 All four have hatched and, so far, are looking healthy!

Please walk in and out of the main door very quietly so as not to disturb the mother bird. It’s cold outside, and she’s doing her best to keep her babies warm!

✨ What’s the point of drawing a mandala?

A mandala is more than just a beautiful design — it’s a way of communicating with yourself and your inner wisdom. As you draw, it becomes an extension of your energetic field, helping you focus your attention on a question, challenge, or intention.

Through the shapes, patterns, and colors that emerge, a mandala can reveal clues about the deeper process behind what you’re experiencing. And the most amazing part? The work continues even after the drawing is finished — the mandala keeps supporting reflection, insight, and balance.

Our latest mandala drawing class at Whole Wellness was a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful to everyone who joined. (Photos coming below!)

Yesterday we held a very deep training dedicated to healing the relationship with our mothers.

Nataliya Shklovskaya taught us to see our mothers from a very different perspective.

We spoke about an important truth: a mother is not only a human being with her own feelings, weaknesses, and life story. A mother is also a channel through which life itself and the flow of Divine love come to us.

Very often we look at our mothers only through the lens of human expectations. We may feel that we did not receive enough attention, acceptance, or warmth, and from that pain resentment can arise.

But from a spiritual perspective, it is important to learn to distinguish between two things: the human side of our mother and the Divine flow of love that comes through her.

Every mother is a vessel of life. Through her body, her heart, and her destiny, a soul enters this world. And this flow of love does not begin only with her — it moves through the entire feminine lineage: from mother, to grandmother, to great-grandmother, and through many generations before them.

During the training, the participants were able to feel this flow. In a group practice we connected with the feminine energy of the maternal lineage, and for many it became a very deep and even surprising experience.

When we begin to see our mother not only as a person, but also as a sacred channel of life, the heart gradually fills with gratitude.

Each of us has a mother —
a woman who carried us and gave us the opportunity to come into this world.

And behind this lies a great mystery: the flow of Divine love moving through generations and continuing to live within each of us.

After the workshop, we set our intentions during a cacao ceremony with Valentina Chalakova. Later, during the gong meditation, something truly beautiful unfolded. For some participants, it was the first time in their lives that they felt the flow of their mother’s love moving through their body as energy.

Moments like this remind us that healing is possible — and that love can flow again when the heart opens.
