I hope our paths cross during September’s lineup. I have some unique opportunities for you to work on your wellness journey with me. Join me and the Grayslake Park District for a relaxing outdoor sound journey at Gelatin Park Pavilion. Enjoy the serene sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs while basking in fresh air and letting your worries drift away. The soothing vibrations will be accompanied by natures soundtrack of birds chirping and the hum of life around you. This is a great way to end your week on the right note and relax your mind and body. No experience necessary.

Full house tonight at Trillium Yoga thank you all so much for joining me and working on aligning our chakras and taking time for yourselves. I’ll be back 10/2 for my next chakra balancing sound journey. Until then focus on your breath and repeat tonight’s mantras. Stay mindful my friends.

Today’s day retreat at Susanna Farms / Equine Healing began with a lovely lunch,followed by sound healing facials with Ayla, reiki and sound healing with me and the horses, equine meditation with Laura and ended with a reflecting bonfire. Join us this fall for our next one! Stay tuned for the release date. 🐎🤍🥣
