To rebuild tissue after an injury, you need to rebuild collagen. Collagen is a protein, and the building blocks of protein are amino acids. Supplements that contain specific amino acids, such as glycine, proline, taurine, and lysine, are effective. So is vitamin C, which is crucial to building collagen. To support connective tissue and joint stability, we want to add glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM. These help build the shock-absorbing components of cartilage. These three supplements have been extensively studied and have been shown to be effective for knee and hip arthritis and for helping with spinal disc healing.

Although the office remains open for the time being during the Covid-19 pandemic, visits will be limited to only existing, immuno-competent patients (in need) between the ages of 18-55, who have not traveled recently and are not demonstrating any symptoms of Covid-19.
