👋 Hi there!! I've noticed some new faces recently, so thought it was a good time to reintroduce myself for anyone new here!

✨I graduated from Madison College's massage program in 2021 & after a few years of working at a corporate chain, I finally opened my own studio in in July 2024…and soon I’ll be moving to a brand new location downtown!!

✨My massage style is a combination of Swedish & deeper therapeutic techniques, tailored to YOUR unique needs, which helps each client relax while getting deeper work done! I don't use a cookie-cutter sequence, and adjust my work as needed to address any problem areas you want to focus on 😊

✨My specialty is neck & shoulder work, but I work with a variety of clients on a range of soft-tissue ailments. At this time, I cannot accommodate services for Oncology Massage (active in treatment), Geriatric Massage (80+ years) or Pediatric Massage (under 14), but I continue expanding my training & this may change in the future!

📣Now that I've signed the lease, I can officially announce that I'm moving into a new studio space beginning June 1st 🙌 New space, same tailored service you've come to know from Helping Hands 🥰🥰

The new address is similar, so hopefully it doesn't confuse anyone🤣 but my new space will be downtown on the 2nd floor of the Hometown Pharmacy building!

✨I still get lots of questions about lymphatic work & some are hesitant to try a new massage modality, so I thought I'd let a couple of my clients tell you how has benefited them😊

While it can be beneficial for almost everyone, there are some specific health contraindications to this modality...so, it's always best to chat about it beforehand & I'm always happy to answer questions!!
