Today, we’re celebrating someone truly special! After 18 years with our facility, including 13 years in Activities, Emily has made an incredible impact on our residents, team members, and community.
Emily has a gift for making every resident feel seen, heard, included, and valued. Whether she’s creating a special activity, adapting programs to meet every resident’s abilities, or finding meaningful ways to connect with those living with dementia, Emily always goes above and beyond to make every moment count.
Her creativity, compassion, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She knows our residents’ stories, their preferences, and their families, and she makes it her mission to ensure everyone feels special. She’s also a mentor and a source of support for her coworkers, always ready to lend a hand, encourage others, and remind everyone that we’re in this together.
