As the Care Coordinator, you’ll help guide compassionate, person-centered care for our residents working alongside families, physicians, and our amazing care staff to support each individual’s well-being and dignity.

What a joy to welcome the 3rd grade students from St. Joseph Catholic Parish School - Baraboo, WI visit today! ❤️

These thoughtful students will be coming once a month for the school year, and everyone is looking forward to their next visit already! 🌞

The students brought lovely fall pictures they colored for folks, and everyone answered "getting to know you" questions. When asked, "If you had to make a silly law, what would that be?", a popular answer was that everyone has to love the Packers and eat at Culver's every day!

What's silly about that?? 🤣🍨

What a glorious day it was yesterday for a trip to Ski Hi Fruit Farm in Baraboo! 🌞

Everyone enjoyed shopping for delicious goodies of all kinds, topped off with a snack of apple c***r donuts! Yum! 🍎

Afterward there was time for a spin around Devil's Lake South Shore to admire the beautiful views. 🍂
