Last month, nurses from across Village Caregiving came together for our Nurses Conference, a chance to connect, share ideas, and learn from one another. 💙🩺

We were honored to hear from Lynne J. O'Malley, Mary Grace Sharp, and Debbie Wendorf, one of our own Village Caregiving nurses at Village Caregiving: Green Bay, WI .

During the conference, our nurses participated in specialized training on dementia care while sharing best practices, tackling real world challenges, and discovering new ways to support clients, families, caregivers, and one another. ❤️

One of the highlights was bringing nurses from across the country together in one place. The discussions, collaborations, and relationships formed during the conference will continue to strengthen the care we provide long after the event ended.

This was our first Nurses Conference in several years, and we're excited to make it an annual tradition!
